Job Description

As a Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and testing of BOne digital platforms & solutions; Working closely with the product & engineering teams to create & execute sprint plans. This includes building mobile or web applications while crafting technical documentation as needed. Following software engineering practices to ensure the quality of deliverables meet end user needs.

The purpose of the role is to design & develop digital platforms and solutions realizing the overall BOne Digital Vision.

 

Key Responsibilities to Deliver (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual):

  • Work closely with product management, technical leadership & architecture leadership in understanding requirements, architecture, and overall design for the features.
  • Responsible for understanding module/component designs to realize the required functionality.
  • Implement and Unit test development tasks that are part of user stories.
  • Troubleshoot issues encountered during verification.
  • Responsible for following configuration management and build management practices for the various components/modules.
  • Responsible to follow coding guidelines and static code analysis.

Ideal Candidate Persona (Education, Work Experience, Skillset, Mindset) to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science 3+years’ experience
  • Proficiency with an object-oriented programming language like .Net C#.ReactJs /Blazor and JavaScript, CSS
  • Strong in data structures and algorithms.
  • Good analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
