Job Description
General Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who can conceive and manage various marketing initiatives by leveraging the expertise of content writers, designers, and other digital marketing teams. He/she is responsible for defining tasks, getting them executed, and tracking goals and KPIs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Grow the awareness of our brand by executing various marketing activities
- Coordinate with content writers, designers and subject matter experts to produce marketing content such as videos, blogs, infographics, social media posts etc.
- Create a system to regularly capture the positive impact of our services on our clients businesses and document it (case studies) and publish it on all relevant mediums.
- Conceive marketing ideas by constantly researching about events and trends in the industry as well as inside Codilar
- Manage and monitor outsourced marketing activities such as SEO, PPC etc.
- Monitor the growth of brand awareness by analyzing various metrics in analytics and listening tools such as Google Analytics, ahrefs etc.
- Manage our social media channels on Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
- Update the website of Codilar
- Coordinate events such as webinars, round tables, etc.
- Manage company newsletters.
