Job Description

Duties

  • Assist Human Resources team with activities including, but not limited to
    • Administration and maintenance of payroll
    • Employee benefits
    • Performance evaluation
    • Onboarding and offboarding
    • Compliance
    • Learning & development programs
  • Employee Engagement –
    • Plan, design and manage the company’s people impact pages on social media tools like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Strategize, design and implement a sustainable employee engagement plan and present social initiatives, such as internal sports tournaments, competitions, happy hours, hobby workshops, wellness activities, Fun activities, and others.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and employees.
    • Take charge of event celebrations in terms of facilitating, monitoring & tracking on a regular basis
    • Create, update and maintain a database of employee engagement events & reports
    • Administer the people dashboard and employee surveys for deriving actionable for strengthening organizational culture
    • Measure employee satisfaction, exit feedback, and employee relationship effectiveness and propose inputs to Head HR for improvement based on the feedback received.
  • Partner with Human Resources team to enhance the organization’s human resources offerings by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including all pre-hire activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding, benefits/payroll administration, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to track and manage payments and process expense reimbursements.
  • Create and maintain HR process documentation
  • Manage electronic employee files with discretion and confidentiality to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Assist in client relationships for supplier-side operations (background checks, contracts, portal, resource onboarding) as needed.

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Should have experience in implementing policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or another related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be willing to work from the office
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to effectively and accurately track and analyze data using Excel and google docs, etc.
  • Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms.
  • Team handling
  • Start-up experience would be added an advantage.
  • Past experience in facilitating engagement programs for a large audience
