Job Description

Key Responsibilities to Deliver (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual):

  • Contribute to the technical architecture in building B1 digital platform and solutions, to ensure stability, reusability, growth, self-service and automation of platform components.
  • In partnership with product owners, clearly document application, solution & system requirements and integration needs, to ensure seamless translation between business stakeholders and engineering teams, in consideration of architectural roadmaps and strategies.
  • Drive engineering teams to design scalable, secure and reliable functional and non-functional components, in collaboration with business stakeholders and product owners.
  • Leverage modern principles and technical patterns, such as cloud computing and automation, to drive solutions which maximize simplicity, reuse and cost effectiveness.
  • Deploy & monitor quality processes, agile development processes and drive engineering team towards timely & high-quality releases meeting customer needs.

Ideal Candidate Persona (Education, Work Experience, Skillset, Mindset) to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with minimum 5+years of experience
  • Strong Experience in Dotnet core, SQL Server, WEB API, java script, CSS, HTML, React JS/ Blazor
  • Proven experience designing & developing enterprise architecture in support of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing & operationalizing cloud-native enterprise solutions hosted on private or public cloud platforms (ex: Azure, AWS)
  • Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and communicating digital architecture and strategy as part of a digital transformation initiative.
  • Hands-on Experience with large-scale web application development using multiple technologies, integrating third-party systems.
  • Deep understanding of technology, applications, industry best practices, DevOps/Agile methodology, security, business processes and architectural patterns to drive business and digital transformation
  • Strong technical acumen across the enterprise architecture domain, including modern web app architecture, cloud-native application design patterns, security, integration, security, scalability & interoperability
