Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to liaise between our external and internal stakeholders and deliver effective solutions as per business requirements:
- Liaise between clients and technical team to ensure effective and timely delivery of solutions pertaining to clients’ requirements
- Build and maintain trustworthy, long-lasting relationship with clients
- Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes to enhance customer experience
- Monthly billing of clients
- Assist clients with their queries related to projects, technology, billing, etc.
