I’m Saifudheen, IT-SYSTEM Engineer with having more than 8 years in an well reputed IT information industry and I am been working in these field for more than 9-years and have exposure to support Administration and desk processes and procedures with experience in service desk management tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have good communication skills including experience with customer service and project management, inventory and providing L1/L2 network support and troubleshooting for the corporate organizations and following with ITIL process to meet with business SLA management

I am hard-working, independent and passionate about solving problems, working in a team and have a good working knowledge of IT operating systems, Hands-on experience of installing IT hardware and software and ability to learn quickly with Good organizational skills and Good time management and act as a team player.
