The export shipment documentation works process such as preparation of Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, BL declaration process, coordination with the liner for the final export process held in the port, coordination with transport team for carriage of goods from customer ware – house to port. The import shipment process such as preparation of authorization letter to the liners and customs departments. Collection of Delivery order, passing the documents, and coordination for delivery of goods to the customers. Preparations of exchange BL and delivery order. The final process for collection of payment from the customer end and continuous follow up with the customers for future & continuous shipments. Complete back end support for the sales, operation and customers.
